Colette Butler, when looking at her pictures she has a unique fashion style and look to her so I thought she would be perfect for a shoot towards my negotiated study.
With being a slim size 8 what is the thing that's stopping her to be a model? Height! Colette is 5ft 4, so the aim during the shoot was to make her look taller.
Maybe some will think otherwise but I think I achieved this with the outfit choices to extenuate her legs and camera angles I would say she looks very tall!
It was a beautiful day, the only source of light I used was natural. Putting the model in different positions to create nice lighting on the face and body, offering to got back to my family home to get dressed and do the make-up the model wasn't fussed and we made all the preparations in the location of the shoot.
After a few outfit changes in Valley Gardens in Pontefract the police approached asking questions as to what is going on, I explained and they both wished us luck, that panicked me when I saw them coming towards us!
Over all I think the shoot went very well, the model was brilliant and confident. Perfect for my work.
